However, we quickly realized that a hotel is only one part of the story. Dog owners need to know where they can dine with their dogs, where to find veterinary care in an emergency, where to go for a safe walk, and where to get reliable help when they are away from home. By listening to dog owners, we grew into something much more comprehensive.
