Before the stay

According to the website, food and bedding are included in the price. If your pet needs special food or medication, please bring enough for the stay. You may bring blankets, cushions and toys, the facility accepts no liability for damage to these items.

Arrival and departure days are each charged as a full day. Payment is due when you drop off your pet, in cash, by card or via TWINT. Day care for dogs is available by arrangement.
